He says marketing has always been more than a profession — it’s been a way to create meaning, spark change, and connect people with ideas that matter. He has lead teams through transformation and launching innovations that blended strategy with storytelling.
 
He has held key roles at companies like Procter & Gamble, Vodafone, Heineken, URBB/Carlsrom and Agricover where he successfully repositioned brands, launched impactful innovations and doubled market shares. He has had the privilege of building, shaping, and revitalizing some of the most iconic brands across Romania and Central & Eastern Europe. From bringing Vodafone to the top of the telecom game, to steering Heineken’s portfolio to market leadership, and crafting bold innovations like the “Timeless” beer collection and Bucur – a proudly Romanian super-premium brand – his journey has been defined by curiosity, creativity, and results.
