Ema Prisca is an internationally recognized independent senior creative and communication strategist who creates high-impact campaigns for global and local brands across Romania, Spain, Mexico, CEE, and the EuroAsia region.
Ema's work speaks for itself with over 60 international awards for creativity and communication effectiveness from prestigious festivals like Cannes Lions, Eurobest, New York Festivals, Golden Drum, Epica, ADC Europe, Euro EFFIE, and EFFIE Romania. She has served on 16 international juries for design, communication, and digital innovation, underscoring her expertise and influence in the industry. An MBA graduate from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership – Steinbeis University Berlin, Ema also shares her insights as a lecturer on creativity in communication at ESADE Business School Barcelona.
In 2024, she was honored with the title of Independent Consultant of the Year in London by the global organization Women in Marketing, recognizing her outstanding contribution to the industry. That same year, she crafted the successful mayoral campaign for Nicușor Dan in Bucharest, and subsequently served as the creative strategist for his 2025 presidential campaign, developing the communication strategy and creative vision that defined his national political presence.
