Working in online marketing and advertising for over 13 years as Senior Strategist and Head of Strategy, Dana contributed to growing both the business and the awards portfolios of agencies like Kinecto/Isobar, Grey/G2/Geometry, Publicis, and GMP+Webstyler.

Since 2018 she chose to be an independent communication consultant serving primarily the nonprofit sector and only the few companies that can prove social responsibility with measurable
positive impact. She is also part of the management team at Code for Romania and a Co-founder at Commit Global, an international organization that scales civic tech infrastructure.

Formally educated in tech, political science, clinical psychology, and psychotherapy Dana recently opened her own mental health private practice aiming to evolve into a modern therapeutic communication strategist.
