Working in online marketing and advertising for over 13 years as Senior Strategist and Head of Strategy, Dana sharpened her skills in communication problem-solving and contributed to growing the business & awards portfolios of agencies like Kinecto/Isobar, Grey/G2/Geometry, Publicis, and GMP+Webstyler.

Since 2018 she is an independent communication consultant, collaborating primarily with the nonprofit sector and only with a few companies who can prove their social responsibility missions with measurable positive impact. She is also part of the Code for Romania management team (pro-bono) and a Co-founder at Commit Global, an international non-profit organization that scales civic tech infrastructure.

Formally educated in tech, political science, clinical psychology and psychotherapy, Dana is also a psychotherapist at her own mental health private practice where she continues to find solutions to life’s toughest challenges and serves vulnerable groups.
