She was contributing for 13 years to P&G brands' success, mainly on Beauty, Personal Grooming, and Oral Care categories (assessing, forecasting market potential of the brand initiatives and recommending strategic actions, as well as local activations).
In the last 14 years, she shaped and implemented successful marketing and communication campaigns in retail (Real and Auchan). Some of the most successful ones, being Mobilizatron; the launch campaign for MyCLUB Auchan loyalty program; Auchan App launch; the strategic communication campaign for Tour of Romania, Farfuria lui Exarhu project, new concepts such as Woow Prices Festival, PriceMania, RecycleMania, Voucher Boomerang, strategic partnerships with Bucharest Fashion Week, GrillFest, KIMARO, Itsy Bitsy (1uniFest), West Side Kids Race, Academia Hagi, FC Rapid, Steaua Bucuresti, Farul Constanta.
The most amazing and unique project she was involved in is "Untamed Romania." The documentary movie about the wildlife of Romania broke the audience in the cinema, won international movie awards, and now it can be watched on platforms like Prime and Netflix.
She is the kind of person who put her childhood dreams in real life. Elena likes to travel, exploring different cultures and the history of the places, being passionate about flying - one of her dreams - that she achieved experiencing the life of flight attendant in her early years.
