Cristina Miclea has been the Marketing Director of the Dairy Division of the LACTALIS Group Romania since 2019. Cristina coordinates the positioning and development strategies of the brands and products of the three major Romanian dairy companies that are part of the Lactalis Group: Albalact, Covalact, and Dorna Lactate.
Cristina took on this position after a 15-year career in the Marketing department of Albalact, first as a brand manager and then as a marketing director. In her career, she successfully completed the most important and extensive projects: the relaunch of the Zuzu brand (2010), the national launch of the Rarăul brand (2010), the launch of the most modern milk packaging - the plastic bottle with a handle (2014), the premiere launch of the Zuzu Stors protein yogurt (2016), the renewal of the traditional Albalact brand (2016), the launch of the new Greek-style yogurt brand Zuzu Divin (2018), the renewal of the Covalact de Țară brand (2023), and the launch of the Stay Strong protein dairy brand (2024).
Cristina is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the "Babes Bolyai" University in Cluj Napoca, with a specialization in Marketing. She has over 20 years of marketing experience, gained in renowned companies such as Sanex Cluj-Napoca, MOL Romania, BRAVO Group, and A&D Pharma. She is passionate about running, mountain expeditions, and traveling, and frequently participates in running races in Romania and abroad.
