Valentina began her professional journey over 25 years ago at Valvis Holding, where she had the privilege of contributing to the development of brands that marked the Romanian commercial landscape – Dorna and LaDorna, which subsequently followed their own paths outside the company's portfolio. This period was when she acquired essential competencies in strategic communication, public relations, and advertising.
The experience accumulated in these early stages represented valuable capital that she transferred and amplified in service of the emblematic brands AQUA Carpatica and Domeniile Samburești. For these brands, she developed a complex communication architecture, coordinating all channels and implementing integrated promotion strategies.
Her professional philosophy is based on the constant pursuit of innovation, on respecting integrity and ethical principles in constructing any communication message. Her continuous effort is oriented toward identifying an optimal balance between the fundamental principles of effective communication and the specific needs of non-conformist brands that transcend the conventional.
Currently, her professional trajectory is enriched with a new academic dimension, through her status as a third-year doctoral candidate at the Doctoral School of the University of Bucharest, combined with the role of associate professor for master's students specializing in communication and advertising expertise within the same institution. This symbiosis between professional practice and the academic environment represents the most recent challenge, offering her the opportunity to synthesize accumulated experience and contribute to training future communication specialists.
